We prepare releases for major Indian and international music services including Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Gaana, Hungama, Deezer, TIDAL and more. Store availability can vary by territory, content type and distribution partner.
How early should I submit my release?+
Submitting a complete release at least 2 to 4 weeks before the planned date gives enough time for metadata checks, store delivery and pre-release promotion. Urgent delivery may be possible, but a specific live date cannot be guaranteed by every store.
What do I need to distribute a song?+
You need the final audio master, square cover artwork, artist and contributor credits, language and genre details, release date, and confirmation that you control the required rights. We help review these items before submission.
Will I keep ownership of my music?+
Distribution does not require transferring your copyright to Step 4 Digi. Commercial terms, royalty share and any third-party distributor conditions are explained in the proposal before you approve the release.
Can you help with YouTube Content ID and artist profiles?+
Yes. Subject to eligibility and rights checks, we can assist with YouTube Content ID, Official Artist Channel guidance, profile claiming and consistent artist information across supported platforms.
Do you also promote the release?+
Yes. Distribution can be combined with music promotion, social media creatives, influencer outreach, YouTube campaigns, press coverage and artist profile support as a separate campaign scope.
